OK, this time i'll tell you about how to add an animated images in your blog...All you have to do is follow these steps:
1. Login to Your Blogger Account
2. Choose "Design"
3. Go to "Page Element"
4. Then, choose "Add Widget", and choose "HTML/Javascript"
5. Copy these code to the content in your javascript box:

Notes:
1. Change a red text with the URL of your site
2. The blue text means the position of the image:
- You can change the "TOP" text into "Bottom" if you want your image appears on bottom of your site
- You can change the "RIGHT" text into "LEFT" if you want your image appears in the left side of your site
3. Change the brown text to your URL's image
4. Change the yellow text into your Blog's Title
